You can request a cancellation from your account before the order ships, and request a return from the order page within 30 days of delivery. When a request on a paid order is approved, the amount is refunded to the card you paid with or added to your wallet as store credit. A return refunds each item at the price paid, less its share of any discount, plus its share of the tax; shipping is refunded when the whole order is returned.
